Appointment Guidelines

We practice a Fear Free approach, which means everything about your visit is designed to keep your pet as calm, comfortable, and stress-free as possible, starting from the moment you arrive.

If you have a pet with you, please call us before coming in (984) 219-2579 — even if you're just dropping something off. This allows us to prepare the right space, minimize wait time in the lobby, and make sure your pet's arrival is as smooth and low-stress as possible.

Arriving with Your Pet

  1. When you arrive, call (984) 219-2579. We'll let you know as soon as the lobby is ready for you and your pet.
  2. We'll bring you directly into a room so your pet isn't waiting in the lobby — less stress for everyone!

Guidelines for Curbside Appointments

  1. When you arrive, please call our front desk at (984) 219-2579 and let us know that you have arrived for your curbside appointment. You will be placed on a brief hold.
  2. Your veterinary team member will begin the appointment on the phone and discuss your pet's medical history and the reason for today's visit.
  3. Your veterinary team member will then meet you outside and bring your pet into the hospital for an exam. All cats must be in cat carriers.
  4. Your veterinarian will perform the exam and will call you as soon as the physical exam is complete to discuss any findings.
  5. Your veterinary team member will process your payment.
  6. Your pet and any prescription medications or additional purchases will then be brought outside to you.
  7. You will be emailed a copy of your invoice and discharge instructions. Printed copies are available upon request.
